I'm a small breasted woman, so my advice isn't much help I'm afraid! I'd go with a Bravado for now. I loved the target bras and used them exclusively. But they provide almost no support. The Bravado one was slightly better. I lived with one bravado and one Target bra for the first week or so and then went and bought some more. Going out was hard, since I was still healing. Hopefully someone else will offer some more relevent advice!
