we had major bad stink problems with all our diapers as well, hemp cotton, no matter what it was it smelled, I switch to bs/tto and never had smellies again(but you may not have to go so extreme)
stripping woul dbe doing a hot wash with baking soda only and watching for suds, if there are suds then you need to do a bunch of hot washes with bs until the suds are gone.

yes this is true, Ive been doing it since the last week of may
dish soap is for stripping fleece when it starts to repell, BS is for stripping cloth when it has build up... calgon water softener also works, but BS is cheaper and more natural, LOL
microfleece should wick the wetness away to the diaper, windpro and those types used for the outer of an aio should repell... if your microfleece repells the pee will go right out the leg and never make it to the diaper.
