My daughter has the stomach flu and has been vomiting all day. About six times total. I really hate vomit clean-up duty and even more so when I am pregnant. I am also feeling a little ill so I am sure I will be sick by tomarrow. Oh how I love cold and flu season!!!!

What's worse than cleaning up vomit? Cleaning up vomit and figuring you're probably doomed to the same fate.
My DS was throwing up a few weeks ago, and I thought I had got off scot free when everyone was fine 2 days later. The day after that, guess which lucky pregnant mama spent the night curled up in pain on the bathroom floor? I couldn't eat for another day afterwards, either. Grrrr. However, I thank my lucky stars that my two year old didn't get it.
I hope your dd feels all better soon, and I really hope you do not get what she has!

I hate it when my kids get the stomach flu! It is the worst to have to clean up puke all night and day! I hope you don't get it! Just wash your hands like crazy! I am dreading the time when it hits our house again. It always does this time of year. It makes me want to keep everyone inside and away from the outside world for the entire winter! We all got it last year around Christmas. First my dd, then my youngest ds and then on Christmas Eve me and Christmas morning my dh. Needless to say it was not a good Christmas. We had to ship the kids to my inlaws so they would at least have a good time! I'm really praying it doesn't happen again!

Stomach flu at this point is like a harrowing revisit of first tri <eek, eek, eek - insert Psycho soundtrack> + chills and fever- just had it (while out of state) a couple weeks ago. I really hope the FORCE is with you (or God, the Great Pumpkin, or whatever you rely on for some Grace...) and it passes you by. Hope your little one is completely better by then, too...

Good news. DD woke up this morning demanding hot chocolate and oatmeal, she hasn't really eaten in the last couple days, so I think this means she is better. Bad news I have been living on gatorade and saltines for the last two days. Actually, probably a good thing! I don't need to gain anymore weight right now. :

Awww.....I'm sorry you got it too. But it's good to hear your dd is feeling better. At least you don't have to take care of two sick people. Get well soon.
