Has anyone else tried lying on their stomach and found that they get LOTS of KICKS from the bean?

I've pretty much given up stomach sleeping as of this week because I'm afraid of smushing the babe (it's not too uncomfortable for me, except for the kicking!) I'm picturing her in there going "hey, the walls are closing in! a little more room please!" kickkickkick

Oh, mine did that when I leaned on the side of my stomach for relaxation at prenatal yoga last week. Bang bang bang bang bang! It was enough that I worried he was trying to tell me the cord was compressed or something, and changed positions. All that kicking was not helping relaxation.

mine kicks sometimes when i lie on my tummy but not a whole lot. i am still sleeping on my tummy but with a sort of nest around it made from blankets so it is not so much pressure right on my belly. it is hard to explain. when i try sleeping on my side i can't figure out where to put my arms? it seems like everything i try makes my shoulders so uncomfortable it's impossible to sleep.

my midwife said i can sleep on my tummy as long as it is comfortable. i hope mine lets me sleep that way for a bit longer

I like to lay on my stomach just to get the kicks. If I haven't felt her in a while I'll lay on my stomach just to make sure she is ok

It doesn't make for my dh to feel her very well, but it's fun to make her kick me.
Just enjoy it while you can. At some point it won't be as easy.
I have done it on the couch when I'm 30 or so weeks and I just have my belly in the middle with pillows on both sides

Not a stomach sleeper, but if I lay a little too far onto my side the baby starts jumping on the bed through my stomach. Little stinker!

I've noticed when I lay on my stomach that she kicks more. She doesn't seem uncomfortable (she's all over the place when she's trying to get comfortable) but just adjusting maybe.

She also does it sometimes when I move to the side.
