Please forgive my ignorance here, but does coconut oil need to be kept solid? The bottle says it doesn't need to be refrigerated, but it gets pretty hot in our kitchen and my coconut oil is liquid now. Should I keep it in the fridge? Is it even good anymore? Or does it matter? Thanks!
