I am writing on behalf of a friend who has been through 3 miscarriages in the last year and is now pregnant again. Her 10 wk ultrasound shows a strong heartbeat but slightly enlarged ovaries and some sort of liquid in the lining. Does anyone know what that means? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
