I was in search of these forever and had all but given up with I found some small nubby straw cups with handles at BRU. I just had to share the word. He is doing GREAT with the cup now (and has never had more than a few sips before!)

Munchkin also makes a straw cup with handles. I'm not sure if it would suit your purposes, as the straw has a valve, but Wal-Mart usually carries them. I loooove those cups.
