I'm ISO a recipe for strawberry jam for canning. I prefer chunky strawberry jam (vs. more jelly like). I tried one recipe w/out pectin and it is totally strawberry sauce. Good for ice cream, not so good for bagels + cream cheese.
I'd love something that used honey instead of sugar, but I'm open to anything can-able. I've got limited freezer space and want to keep it saved for the massive pre-baby cook athon I have planned for late august.
