i am 16 weeks pregnant and have been under severe emotional stress for the majority of this pregnancy. i am doing what i can by seeing a therapist 2 hours a week, i TRY to eat healthy, i've been really tired and i have a 3 year old, so exercise is sometimes difficult...i am wondering what affects this is having on my baby and the the health of this pregnancy. i'm planning a homebirth so my prenatal care is fantastic...i'm just scared. any advice?
