I wouldn't worry too much about it affecting the baby. I think women throughout history have been stressed and the human race has survived. There is some research that says if you're stressed, you're more likely to have a girl. I think that's neat - girls are typically more robust and maybe that's nature's way of dealing with stressed out moms - give them a tougher baby
I was stressed out my first pregnancy and my dd is fine, albeit high energy also. I had no complications with that pregnancy.
2nd pregnancy I wasn't stressed out and got sick all the time and went into labor a month early. Go figure.
