I partially co sleep. DS (4mo)starts out in a cradle next to the bed. His 1st feeding is in bed but then I put him back. His next feeding I bring him into bed (~2:30) and he doesn't leave. Its just easier to feed him in bed & I get more sleep. My DH is afraid he will never sleep on his own & we will get stuck with him in bed for a long time.

I am concerned too since I want to start trying to get preg when DS is around 6 - 7 mo & I cant imagine sleeping in bed with him knowing how uncomfortable I was at night last time. Also I will probably not be BF past 8 or 9mo.-huge frozen stockpile though

Did anyone sleep the way I did and really have a huge prob getting your LO into their own space??
Any advice at all is helpful!!

I just dont know what to say to my husband when I know he is right, but its totally working for us right now.

You could always start to transistion him back to the cradle after every feeding, yes less convient for you, but if you really don't want him in the bed, try to break the habit now
