I want to write a letter to my insurance company which covers CNMs at only 65% of the total cost of OB/Gyns ... something about less education or something like that. My MW group is thrilled I want to do this, but I can't access the bibliography on ACNM.org, so I was wondering if anyone knows about another bibliography or specific articles? Is there a better forum to post this in? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
