On a lark, I tried something the other day in the preparation of my beans, to see if it would help eliminate the gassiness some family members experience after eating them.<br><br>
I put 1 capsule of probiotics (udo's adult-opened and sprinkled in) into the beans halfway through cooking and 1 capsule worth in after it had cooked while it was cooling.<br><br>
Nobody had gas after eating them this time! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"> yahoo!<br><br>
