I have been thinking of starting up Callanetics. I did it when I was in High School. I loved it. It was not easy but the results started to show quickly. I did her one hour video that was (I believe) the origional. When in my early 20s I started again but did it from a book where you start out slow and over a month work up to the hour workout. I still liked it but did not see the fast results that I did when Iw as a teen.
I have two of her books. I am going to dust them off and give them a look. I wish I had the video!
