A couple weeks ago my face started breaking out bad. Really bad. Worse than it ever did when I was going through puberty. I'm getting big, red blemishes that are painful and appear alarmingly fast. And a couple days ago I broke out in some sort of rash around my mouth that is scaly, dry, and very itchy, so I'm assuming its eczema. I don't understand what's going on, but my face is a total mess and getting worse and I'd really like to do something if I can.

I have two questions: First, can anyone suggest what may be causing this? I am still nursing (dd is 16 mo) and so I've thought maybe hormones, but I don't know. And second, what can I do? Keeping my face clean and moisturizer seems to be making worse, so maybe I need to treat it from the inside out?

(I use an organic/chem-free aloe vera face wash and moisturizer, and have been putting calendula oil and/or black walnut-tea tree salve on the rash.)

TIA
