Will I need to do anything special to wash suedecloth? Will there ever be repelling issues or anything like that?

Suedecloth is much more forgiving than fleece. Pretty much your standard routine for diapers should be fine

Diaperrash creams should be avoided if poss (like with fleece) but other than that...

If you do get buildup and repelling for some reason, dawn will take care of it (jessica from wonderoos reccomends this for repelling)

But just like with fuzzibunz and HHs, just keep the soap to a min in the washing machine, and you should be ok!

I haven't treated it any different than I treat my fleece pocket dipes. It will get build-up just as fleece will if you use certain detergents, ointments, etc.
