I just found my recipe for No Sugar Pear and Blueberry Jam. Here goes:

1 lb blueberries
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 lbs pears, not too ripe but not rock hard either
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate

Place blueberries and water in a large wide pan, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel core, and dice the pears. Add the pears and apple juice concentrate, reduce mixture for 15 minutes. For long term storage, fill jars to 1/4 inch of rim, add lids and rings, and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Or refrigerate for up to two weeks. Freezing makes the jam watery. Enjoy!

My grandma makes her jam without pectin by cooking it down for a few hours, she also leaves it on the stove overnight to let it evaporate more. Then she just sweetens to taste and cooks a little longer to melt the sugar.

She makes kiwi, fig, strawberry, marmalades and I am sure more this way.
