For those of you that are using the sugar peas covers...what size are you getting? I'm wondering what size "most" babies will be in the longest. I found the last SP buying fit thread and it seemed like most were going for the larges?

My little one is 5 months and in mediums now (we just received our first SP package...WOOHOO!) but I have plenty of wool covers for the medium size.

I just received the email notice that there were more SP in stock and went over and bought several large covers thinking that he'll probably be in those for a long time once he gets there??? (I figure either way I'll need larges so might as well get them - right?) I did get another medium too though.

Also - are you all finding you like the snap in diapers to make the Pea in a Pod or the fitted diapers better? I was thinking that the snap in was such a cool thing but I'm thinking we may still end up liking the fitteds with wool covers best.

Thanks!

Most of my Sugarpeas wool are mediums. I think they will fit my son for awhile since he is at the stage where his weight gain will be slowing down. I do have a large for him and it's really big on him. I like the fitteds better than the snap in only because poop gets on the cover whenever he's in the snap in. HTH

I think it all depends on the baby. My 20 pound dd fits in the medium cover on the tightest snap setting. her weight gain should slow down (so I'm told...
) and I think she will be in the medium for quite some time. Especially if she gets any leaner when she starts crawling.

edited to fix typo
