Hey all you mamas,

I've done all the research on available Montessori schools in my area : and found Sunrise and Ms. Barb to be the best fit and philosophy for us.

Sunrise is located on the Burnsville/Eagan border and my kids are starting there soon. If anyone is interested, check them out. They take ages 33 months (some exceptions can be made for younger kids if they meet some criteria) through Kindergarten. Definately the cost fits the program, and they are not outrageous. If you are looking for quality education and childcare, you will pay for it, but I feel you will get what you pay for and expect at this school.

If any referrals pan out, I get a discount as well as the new family. Thanks!

PS - If you have any experiences to share on this school or any others, please post! I can definitely share what I have learned on the variances between Montessori schools and montessori (generic) schools.

Sunrise is implementing a new toddler program for January.

They are thinking about taking children ages 16 months - 33 months. Sooooo, if you are looking for school/childcare for your little ones consider Sunrise! It's a great school! My daughter loves it and my son starts in two weeks! Unfortunately, we will be very poor, but the program is so very worth it!
