Does anyone else think the amounts of food Super Baby Food tells you to feed your baby are off? I bought this book specifically because I wanted to know how many veggie, protein, grains, and dairy servings my child should get as she grows, but it seems like a lot!! Julie gets usually a serving of fruit and cereal at breakfast and a veggie at dinner, maybe with some yogurt or fruit at lunch, but at 8 months SBF suggests she BF 5 times a day (yeah right...try 15) and 10-12 servings of the above mentioned food groups. She could never eat all that even without breastmilk. What do you all think??
