I made some muffins that just did not turn out. They basically just crumble in your hand. But they taste really good (banana-oat-millet muffins). Any ideas on what to do with the crumbs? I have about 10 muffins worth. Thanks
If anybody has ideas I am all ears I made the kids some cookies w/o xanthum gum and it was a recipe that called for it and they are very dry and crumbly. Ingredients are too pricey to throw away so I have them in the frig awaiting ideas!
