So, I've been reading a lot about Super Foods lately and have decided that each time I go to to my Natural Foods Co-op, I'm going to pick one and incorporate it into my families diet. My first is wheat grass powder. The only thing I can think of to do with it is put it in a smoothie, because I'm assuming you aren't supposed to heat it or cook it???<br><br>
Do you gals use wheatgrass powder and what do you do with it?

I use Vitamineral Green powder because it has a huge variety of superfoods in it and it tastes good mixed with just a little water or juice, and I don't want to make smoothies every single day. Well I want to but I don't always have time. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue"> It also has enzymes for better absorption and many strains of probiotics.
