Has anybody used the course I have linked to above? Is it useful? Is it really coupon-based? I am not good at using coupons because the things we buy do not tend to have coupons for them. It's on a really great sale right now - $9 for the course plus get a free copy for a friend too - and I could REALLY use some help cutting our grocery budget. But, I worry that the course will not fit in with the way that we eat (whole, fresh foods).

Any thoughts??

Just from reading the description, it sounds very based on coupons and basically sounds like what you learn for free at hotcouponworld.

She is pretty coupon based, but if you want the info, she has another blog that has it pretty well laid out.

http://www.moneysavingmom.com/2007/09/cvs-101.html

This talks about CVS, and how she works her coupons there. This blog is pretty amazing--she just raised her grocery budget to $40/week, which is impressive for anyone, imo.

Thanks! We don't have any CVS stores near me but I'll share this with my mom who does My mom spends $25/week but she's only feeding herself and she is coupon crazy so, I don't learn much from her :-/
