I take Grape Seed Extract for a boost of anti-oxidants, but is that the best one to take, or are tere others? What about Ginseng? I've seen those as supplements in the store, but not sure if that is for anti-oxidants...?<br><br>
Any suggestions for what might be good to take, or what you are taking?

I like to put the ACAI powder from Nutivas in my smoothies and I take reversatrol (sp)
