Please excuse me if this is a silly question or one that has allready been answered. I do not have the time to do a search today with all that is going on and I am under a lot of strees and probably being paranoid. I have started supplementing with B100, vitamin c (sodium ascorbate), zinc, and herbal iron. Now, this may be TMI, but my urine has become fluorescent yellow, and now so has the baby's. None of these supplements had a warning about BFing, so I didn't think anything of it until his urine came out that way. Is this OK? Is it normal? He seems otherwise healthy, and I have noticed a marked improvement in my own overall well being since day 3 of supplements. Should I stop taking them? I know, I'm probably just freaking out for no good reason. Please, any advice is welcome. What did you take while BFing?

It's the B vitamins. 100 may be more than you need. When I used to take B tabs I'd break them up into quarters.

But now, I don't take them anymore--my beneficial bacteria are in full force and they synthesize the B's. My urine is still yellow, though not as fluorescent as before.

I'm not sure, but aren't you culturing yogurt now?

Thanks. I figured it was probably the Bs, but with all the stress lately, I freaked out on "what if"s.

Goodpapa~ I'm doing Kefir now, but I'm looking into doing yogurt as well since DH won't drink the kefir. Didn't you post your recipe for yogurt a little while back? If it weren't for you, I never would have thought of probiotics. You started something here. Thanks.

Now, I just need to figure out how to get rid of these hiccups. I get them whenever I experience strong emotion, and they haven't gone away for more than a couple hours at a time for the past 36 hours. ARGH!!! DH thinks they're funny, but he isn't the one who feels like his ribcage is bruised from them and they aren't making him nauseous.
