Just realizing that I may need to be adding some supplements to my picky vegan kids diet.
They get a vegan mulit vitmain with iron it (freeda brand from veganessentials.com) and just bought the rhino calcium supplements.
I have been using flaxseed oil for DHA, since I haven't found a supplement that's vegetarian and made for kids.
What are you giving your kids?
