I need help <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/guilty.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="guilty">. I have PMS <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/demon.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="demon"> and can feel myself searching for snarky, argumentative threads <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/nono.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="nono"> . I have absloutely no problem admitting that because I need to acknowledge the problem before I can get help. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="innocent"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/sulkoff.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="tiptoe"><br><br>
Would anyone like to join me?<br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br><br>
Edited to add that I'd like to learn to spell...

I actually like the drama. I'm going to be busy next week and even busier the next...so, for my entertainment, be snarky for a couple more days, then a little less snarky next week.<br><br>
Absolutely NO snarkiness between the 1st and 10th of every month.<br>
You can be really really snarky from the 11th to the 23rd. Thanks.<br><br>
Now you have guidelines and you know when to take a break. I hope that helps.<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

Me too. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/nod.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="nod"><br><br>
FTR, ICM, I don't think I have ever seen you be snarky. Perhaps you are being a tad hard on yourself. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/wink1.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="wink1">

Thank you! I'm feeling like such a ----- at the moment! The comedy here and support has really put things in perspective for me - I really appreciate it.<br><br>
I do have company coming in tonight so maybe that will help mellow me out.<br><br>
Then - PMS usually fries my brain. I've been trying to think of something funny to say for like 5 minutes and nothin'.

ICM-<br><br>
You should HEAR the stuff that I say outloud when I read some posts. Then I carefully write something that is toned WAY down!<br><br>
I hear ya! And I don't even have a period to blame it on!!!

Yeah, I'm tired of it too. There are like five threads right now going over, and over and over and over and over the same things....... Aren't we done with this crunchy vs mainstream crap yet? The snarkiness is getting deep. Maybe the drama, defensive attitude is just legitamately hormonal? Love ya ALL anyway!

snark is a legitimate emotional response when one feels feisty yet not entirely confrontational. I like snark. But some might have noticed that before...

Snark Snark Snark Snark...nice word... is it a legit word, or is it a slang term? My dictionary is in the garage... I'm not feelin' snarky. I figured I have more pressing issues like what am I going to have for dinner?

There's definitely a snarkish thing going on around here right now. Have to admit, sometimes I love to just <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lurk.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lurk">: just for that.<br><br>
It used to be the tcs threads that I went to if I wanted a good dose of snarkiness (other people's, not my own) but it seems that we're getting it now over more mundane ssues.<br><br>
Maybe all mention of SUVs, manicures, diamonds, and square footage of houses will be banned sometime. After all, tcs was banned in the end ...... :LOL

Maybe i should go over to good eating and check out some recipes. I need a new way to make fresh broccoli.

You are hereby banned from returning to THOSE threads. On that note, my DS3 is running around naked... <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/Bolt.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="bolt">

Well, around here, SB3, my kids are almost always nude. I can only imagine what our neighbors think <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/yikes.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="EEK!">. DS3 (hunter) was naked yesterday when we met the bus that brings our older three home... :LOL The bus driver was a bit put out!<br><br>
Thanks, Britishmum!

I'm not ready to stop snarking.<br><br>
Reminds me of this bumper sticker I once saw:<br><br>
"Sometimes being a bitch is the only thing I have to hold on to". lol
