Okay, I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem as me! I sweat, like, all the time! It is so disgusting and gross-and uncomfortable! At night I am litterally SOAKED! Daytime isn't much better. I wasn't like this when pregnant and I for wasn't like this before I got pregnant! Someone tell me this is going to end soon....or at least let me know it's normal and someone else is in sweating misery too!

Ha!!! YES! It is quite ridiculous - I'm sweating out shirts and can't hide it.

I had my baby shower a week ago - I am 39 weeks now...And I drenched my first dress before everyone got there. Every single picture has giant sweat marks in my pits...
So awful.

After my DD was born, I'd leave wet footprints all over our wooden floors... you could see where's I'd walked around the house for the day :

Oh yes, quite normal! It should subside soon when your hormones get more regulated. Welcome to a snapshot in what we have to look forward to in menopause!! Ugh..... I think mine lasted for about a week, if that. It's just get the hot flashes, sweaty at night, etc. I just felt like a big yucky mess!! But it does get better! Another "fun" pp thing you get to discover....

Add me to the sweating club ... and it doesn't help that it's 110 here everyday. Holding the baby just makes me hotter and sweatier too. I hate it.

Hey there! I'm not part of the August 2007 club (I had my DD last August) but I couldn't help to see this and relate. Out of ALL the unwanted advice and warnings that everyone and their dog told me while I was pregnant.... no one told me about the postpartum sweating I might go through. It was only at night but wow.. I would wake up in puddles! I thought I was a weirdo until I found out it was actually normal.

I wish someone would have told me some useful information like that instead of "you're going to use disposables after using cloth for a few days!" Or "You;re going to need a stroller because you won't use that carrier for long after it starts hurting your back!" Whatever.

Congrats on your new arrival by the way!
