I don't have a re-usable swim diaper that will work for you, but I do have some of the disposable ones(the pool here wouldn't let me use a cloth swim diaper) They start at 24lbs, but if your little one is chunky, they should work.

Have you tried Babies R Us? They had some last time I was there.

I have a Flap Happy one that you can have for postage.

DD wore it with a tank top but I finally got her a girly one for next year. She wore it this summer and was prolly about 18 lbs then, but realiy skinny, so it would prolly fit your chunky babe no prob.

Postage will be less than $1 I imagine.
