Right now I strictly diaper with motherease and than usually a cover over... it can get very bulky. I purchased only two Roos and I love pockets. I am not sure why I never tried pockets before but after using them just once I am wanting to change my whole stash over to them and maybe some prefolds in there too.

I should add that my daughter is 13 months old... and I was wondering how many pockets would be good to have to make the switch complete? And also for those with experience with pockets what is the best to use to stuff them with?

Thanks!

You are going to get so many answers!

If you like the Wonderoos already and they are working for you, why not just get more of those? I would stick with something that works rather than invest in something you are not sure about.

I personally have liked all pocket diapers I have tried on my little one but I like some more than others. I have 18 FB's right now and it gets me through 2.5 days before I have to wash. I am waiting for some standard PF's to make the stash bigger so I don't have to wash so often. I can use PF at home.

Oh, and size up if you go with any other pockets other than onesize ones. Nitara is 23 pounds and in large FB's. They are rather saggy on her but they have enough coverage to prevent any accidents or leaks. My 4yo had a rare accident the other day and I didn't have any spare undies so I stuck one of Nitara's FB on her and it fit!! So I know I 'm going to get my money's worth with the larges.

I use the Wonderoos too, and they work so well! I have a total of 24 diapers for my 7 month old twins and my 2 year old ds...but I do laundry every day. As far as what to fill them with, if you are using the Wonderoos you might as well use the Wonderfulls inserts. They are made with hemp and are super absorbent.
Go to www.mtdiaperstore.com. Kim offers packages w/ 3 or 6 wonderoos and the wonderfulls inserts.
