Switching to a midwife...YEAH!!!!

So, I went to interview a midwife today, after deciding a week or so ago that we wanted to change from our OB to a more VBAC-supportive provider. IT WAS WONDERFUL!!! I was so relieved to meet with someone who thinks how I think! Every question I asked about the midwives in the group, the hospital, everything...I had an answer I was hoping to hear, and I either heard what I wanted to hear, or better!

I imagine many of you who have been working with midwives are thinking, "Ah, she finally gets what we've known all along!"

Today was just a consultation, and my first actual prenatal appt with them is a week from Monday. I can't wait!!
