Protein, protein, and more protein. For me, that means eating a lot more beef and lamb, not just increasing protein from plant sources (I tried that, didn't make any difference).

Walking briskly, at least as briskly as one can with a big belly!

Water, LOTS of water.

Get your feet up. Take a nap during the day, or at least lie down on your left side for 30-45 min. If you can stand it, short intervals of lying on your back with your feet higher than your heart helps, too. That's pretty self-limiting, though, and may not be possible. I know I can't lie on my back for more than maybe 5 min. before it's just too uncomfortable.

Gentle foot and leg massage. This assumes that there is another person willing to help out, as most moms at this point can't really reach their feet so easily! Have the other person rub upwards, towards the heart, not down, towards the toes.

Support hose can be helpful. I've never used it, but know people who have sworn by it.

Have the baby! That always solves the problem for me, lol! 'Course, 35 weeks is a tad early, so maybe wait a few more weeks on that remedy.

Good advice in the PP, but I wanted to also offer this bit of reassurance about the swelling: With my last pregnancy, I never had any swelling until those final weeks. My midwives told me it is quite normal (although they are watching for a certain level of excessive fluid retention that could indicate a problem) and, in fact, it's the body's way of stocking up fluid since so much is lost in childbirth...
