Ugh, I know how you feel. My bits have been swollen on and off for weeks. Ice is your friend <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

Why not!?! Peas won't hurt anything and you might just get some relief!

I think it was Jenny McCarthey who referred to those as "two blue twinkies". If peas provide comfort, why not try it? You're the pregnant lady!

Ice packs have been my constant companion for about 5 weeks now. They REALLY help with the swelling of the lady bits.

Frozen peas, frozen corn, take your pick! Anything cold down there helps things feel better. I seriously think DH is becoming jealous of the ice pack since it gets more time in the bedroom with me than he does! LOL. I know it hurts, hopefully you dont have too much longer to go. My babygirl is due in 10days but she doesnt seem to be in any hurry to make her appearance and Im all puffy/sore down there too. Hope you are feeling better soon. Thank goodness it goes away afterwards!

LOL - this is hilarious!!!! I actually asked my husband about it in jest last week because truly, the ice pack gets more action than he has seen in a couple of months.
