I love this stuff, but only like to drink a couple of ounces a day - I can't find any info (except a few hints online that it should be consumed immediately after opening) about how long it can be stored once opened... It would take me several days to a week to consume a whole bottle!

Anybody have info on this???

It keeps a long time. It takes me about three days to drink a bottle, too. The pH of kombucha is really low, between that and the low temp of the fridge, it's not going to go bad in a week or even a lot longer, IME.
