Absolutely. This was the only way my daughter would go in the Hotsling, since the cradle position was too close to the boob for my little milk addict.<br><br>
Some people find that a hotsling feels a little insecure in the tummy to tummy carry, especially with a smaller baby. This is easy to fix. Just flip the top layer of fabric at the shoulder back over on itself, and this will tighten up the "top rail" of the pouch, and make everything snug and secure.
