Taking the plunge

Well I am on my 3rd and last child and I have made a decision to go CD, sorta late since my baby is nearly 11mos, but I also have a nearly 3 yo still in diapers. We are working on pt. I am just itching to get my first diapers but it's so overwhelming to start. I have alot of friends who are into it that I know online so they've been so helpful and I have been reading here all day.

Am I crazy to start so late ?

You're not crazy at all!
I started using cd's on my 2 1/2 yo when my dd was born.

The crazy thing is that you waited! Get those cloth and make a butt happy! It is never to late to cloth
