Anyone else use it? I just have to say I'm in
with it. Great recipes and great philosophy!

We make bread every Mon and it's such a nice rhythm for the family.

i love this book! i want to start making bread every week too. how is it going for you?

do you have his other cookbooks? they are my all time favorites.
I really enjoy this cookbook. I have three different editions and use each for different things.

Is that not silly?

Is it an old-fashioned bread making book or a new-fangled bread machine book? I LOVE fresh baked bread, but I have to admit that I only make bread machine bread!
definitely old fashioned bread making!

i love my bread machine too, it is awesome.

Busy-I have to admit that I've had this book for about a year now, and I haven't used it to make any bread yet!
: Although I have read it and re-read it. I want to get in the habit of making yeaster bread doughs, but I have to say that I like the quickie breads, like this molasses bread I make, or others that don't require yeast. Weird. I know if I just get into it, I won't wanna stop. You're inspiring me!

Oh, and Busy: How many loaves do you make each Monday? Does this last you all week? Also, could you suggest a beginner dough that would be good from Tassajara? TIA
