Well I was just in baby and noticed alot of people think that the contiuum concept book was badly written!...Was it really? lol I am reading it again and I think its well written. But maybe thats because it just flows more the way my own mind does lol ...

I think it has a certain style that might not "flow" in some people's minds. I can't speak to it myself as I A) Am an English major/English teacher so I tend to be open to lots of different styles and B) read it soon after DD's birth so my brain was addled and I gave the benefit of the doubt to anything I read, that it was my own tiredness and not the writing if I got mixed up. I think she can be convoluted a little, but in an attempt to refine and elaborate on her meaning.

I do with someone had warned me about what I thought were weird ideas about homosexuality and other things, b/c it shocked me when I got to that point. I wish I had been able to keep that in mind as I read the first parts...

I was pretty thrilled to read the book, and equally disappointed in it. I guess I had built it up in my mind. I didn't find it an enjoyable read.
