Just wanting to check in and see what all everyone is taking now that we are nearing the end.<br><br>
I brewed my first pot of RRL tea today, mostly because it is suddenly stinking hot & I wanted some iced tea waiting for me in the fridge to quench my thirst. I have some red clover & nettle leaves, but I'm not sure if they are recommended for pregnancy.<br><br>
I'm going to wait on the EPO until 36 weeks because I'm travelling long distances then.<br><br>
I've been taking a special prescription prenatal but pills in general seem to make me gag these days. I might start the cal/mag again.<br><br>
Any suggestions for what might help my moderately puffy feet? I'm thinking it is heat & exercise related because I have no other risk symptoms.<br><br>
So what is everyone else taking at this point?
