Teeth from a pacifer suck(buck teeth)

What happens when a child has the front teeth bucked a bit from pacifier use? DSs teeth came in late(16 months) and just grew like that cos he has a pacifier. He is 2 now, he is not weaned from the pacifier yet, just when I am about to do it, he gets sick, or he gets back molars in, in which he needs the comfort. When his baby teeth fall out, will his other teeth that come in be normal and straight if he does not have the pacifier after the age of 3? Anyone gone through this and have any suggestions? Thanks!
