My 4 month old is congested. I have to suction out his nose several times a day and it's all clear mucus so I'm not worried about infections. But is this a cold? He's not coughing at all but will sneeze on occasion. I heard teething can do this too. Could it be that or both or the sudden weather change out here?

We also traveled on a plane to CA and back a week ago. It was an extended 2 week visit. Maybe he caught something on the plane. He started to get congested at my parents when we slept in my brothers very dusty room.

My kids never got that congested from teething. But I think the stress of teething can make it easier for the viruses that are all around us to slip in and actually make kiddo ill. At that age, I could take vitC to bowel tolerance and DS would get enough to prevent the congestion (from a cold, I mean).
