Hi ladies-

I slept horribly last night! I woke up around 3:00 AM and never really got back to sleep, although I stayed in bed until 7:00. I took my temperature at 6:00, but I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't use it since I'd already been tossing and turning for three hours at that point. Do you think I should record it?

Thanks!

i would skip it, personally. missing one temp isn't a huge deal and not sleeping soundly can make a temp really wacky. hope you get some rest tonight!

I would record it but change the time taken so that it appears as an open circle so you know it was an off day. You can always discard later if it is messing with the cycle.
