Does anyone have any TF Channukah recipes? I looked in Wild Fermentation but did not really find anything. Any recipes would be great! Thanks.

You can modify most of your recipes by soaking your grains, nuts, and beans according to the instructions in Nourishing Traditions. In my late pre-TF days, I used a book called "Feast Without Yeast" a lot. It's not TF, in fact it's pretty anti-fermentation, so you'd need to modify all recipes to soak stuff, but it's written by Jewish parents with an Autistic son with many food and chemical sensitivities, so it's pretty much real foods with a big emphasis on Jewish holiday foods. Besides the fermentation thing, my only big problem with the book is the emphasis on Safflower oil. Make sure you substitute butter or coconut oil in all the recipes that call for safflower oil.

You can make latkes in coconut oil, or chicken fat (it's so good with chicken fat!!!) or lard or beef fat.

sufganyot can be fried in coconut oil (or lard if you aren't kosher). I don't have a good soaked sufganyot recipe, but I think there some out there.
