I have a recipe for falafel that calls for fava beans and dried roasted chickpeas; you soak them 24 hours (in just water) and then blend them up with some veggies and spices and fry them. Would this be considered TF? If not, what do I do to make it so?

I make falafel and it is delicious. I think you could probably add some whey to your soaking water...or you could do what I do and soak the beans for a looooong time. I have a jar on my counter that's been soaking for almost two weeks.


Make your falafel balls (adding eggs, spices, sea salt, whatever) and fry them in coconut oil. YUM!
