Really? At 6.5 weeks? This is so unneccesary. I haven't gained any weight, but they arrived this morning, 3 of them! Looks like I got attacked by a tiger and almost got away.

I haven't heard of them so early. I didn't notice mine until after giving birth; I have them on my breasts & legs.

If it makes you feel any better, dh has some & he's never been pg.
He did a bunch of cycling in high school, and has stretch marks from his thigh muscles growing.

Maybe you're just getting them in advance
At least now you don't have to go through thinking you escaped them until the morning of the first day of week 39. I've heard of that happening much more often.

: my DP has some too, in fact all over his hips and lower back. They're faded to silver and not very visible, but I bet he would obsess about them if he was a girl. In fact he never noticed them at all until I pointed them out

I also have a few on my hips and boobs from puberty. Oddly never noticed them though until I lost weight. But I know from them that my skin does get stretch marks, so I'll be guzzling water and massaging with olive oil when I start to show

But seriously, are you sure it isn't twins if you're stretching that much this early?
