My daughter Irina Kealoha was born at home on February 14th. I am just now finished writing her birth story.<br><br>

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It took a lot out of me to write it. For some reason writing my birth stories is very difficult. This is the first of three that I have actually finished. The other two lay about calling to me to finish but as of so far I have been unable.<br><br><div style="margin:20px;margin-top:5px;">

Well, thank you. I guess I should thank those deceptive pictures, too. At 5'5" 180lbs, I am fat. Not just fat, I am obese, according to those charts. But I have faith that it will come off (when I lop off a leg or something!). I actually did lose the baby weight in between my son and my baby daughter and I still called myself fat. I read your story a few weeks ago, and it was such an amazing birth story, written in such a clear and honest way, that it made me want to join MDC, partially just so I could thank you for sharing! Your descriptions were so honest and truthful, while also being so comforting and funny at the same time.
