I would continue pumping, drink Mother's Milk tea, try one of the bf'ing supplements, drink tons of water, drink dark beer, stand in the shower with hot water on my breasts, massage my breasts, offer to bf as often as possible. That's all I can think of now. My supply dropped every once in awhile, but it never stopped completely.

I second the pp's advice! I've had this a couple times so far, nursing my second. He isn't a huge nurser to begin with, so, anyway, yes drink tons of water and the nursing tea. Eat when you're able. Keep skin to skin, wear the babe, anything you can do to be close and encourage nursing. Breathe deeply and when he is nursing, envision loooots of milk coming out. Good luck dear.

How are you making sure you get liquids? We retain water better if it comes with some sugar and salts (like in those rehydration drinks). Small sips contantly throughout the day help you to stay hydrated. Remember that everything that comes out (up or down) needs to be replaced, and more. Hang int here! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/hug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="hug">
