In the nether regions.

I don't think it is a yeast infection. Just an itch.

What can I use ? (hopefully something I already have in my house)

Maybe a nice gentel wash followed by olive oil to moisterize? Or if it's to much moister maybe some cornstarch/baking soda? I usually break out the cotizone and one application overnight wipes out an itch, but that's not as natural...

ACV works awesome for vaginal itching......unless the itching is caused by BV. ACV makes BV much much worse!!! If it is BV, boric acid capsules work awesome.
Aloe vera gel works great too.

When dd seemed to be having itching down there with no signs of infection the ped suggested adding BS to her bath.

Yeah, what is BV?

I finally tried soaking in a bath with vinegar. That seemed to clear things up. LOL

Thanks!

When ACV rinses don't work, I toss a garlic clove in there. (I'm tasting garlic as I write this!)

If it's just dryness, I use the Vitamin E oil that I get from GNC.

DD's ped recommended some baking soda in her bath when she's having pain with no signs of redness or irritation.

I am prone to getting the yeastie beastie itch without any other sign other than insane, psycho, you've-got-to-be-kidding-me kind of itching. It seems to be brought on sometimes by the method of birth control we use (vaginal contraceptive film).

Homeo treatments for yeast and/or OTC miconazole (yeah, I know, BAD) knock it right out.
