I missed you guys!<br><br>
Last week 245<br>
this week 244<br>
loss this week 1 lb<br>
since we started the thread back up 3.5<br>
Height 5'10"<br>
mini goal 240 by Thanksgiving (doesnt look like I will make it...maybe 240 by Dec 1st)<br>
long term goal 150<br><br>
This week I really need to focus on eating less convenience food and drinking more water....walking more. I won't have to worry about eating too much on Thanksgivng, my step mom doesnt cook to my taste <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue">

This week: 169.5<br>
gain 1lb<br>
ST goal: 159.75<br>
LT goal: 135<br><br>
I have gained for 4 weeks now so I stopped taking one of my medications that I started around 4-6weeks ago.
