Wow, as the wife of someone who has had more than one heart attack and bypass surgery this is really important to me. I hope that they make progress on this soon and that a protocol is developed and taught at all hospitals.

That was really interesting. I remember reading awhile back that they were now recommending that people ignore mouth-to-mouth in doing CPR... wonder if that plays a part.
